Lateral raise with Theraband diagonal

Target muscles:
Deltoid muscles

Muscles involved:
Trapezius

Type:
Strength training

Execution:
- Stand up straight and place the ends of the thera band under your right foot.

- Hold the Theraband with your left hand and pull your arm up to the side.

- The arm remains outstretched.

- Slowly stretch your arm down again.

- Repeat the movement and switch sides.

Front raises with your own strength

Triceps, hand flexors, chest muscles, trapezius muscles

Type:
Strength training

Execution:
- Stand up straight and form a fist with one hand.

- Hold your fist in place with your other hand.

- Slowly push the lower arm up against the resistance to shoulder height.

- Lower your arms back down.

- Keep your arms straight.

- Repeat the movement and switch sides.
