Sweet potatoes
More specifically, sweet potatoes are not potatoes. They belong to the bindweed family, the conventional potatoes to the nightshade family. The tubers have a unique, sweet taste.
The preparation options are very diverse. Sweet potatoes cook through pretty quickly. That is why they are perfect for quick preparation.
Ingredients:
Vitamins (A, B, C, E), beta-carotene,minerals, trace elements, fiber, carbohydrates, protein, amino acids and secondary plant substances.

Sweet potatoes in the oven
Cut the sweet potatoes, vegetables (e.g. zucchini ) and the firm tofu into medium-thick strips and place everything in a bowl. Add a little oil, season and mix. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, distribute everything on top and bake in the preheated oven until the desired consistency is achieved.
