Sweet potatoes

Botanically speaking, sweet potatoes are not true potatoes. They belong to the morning glory family, while conventional potatoes belong to the nightshade family. These tubers are characterized by their unique sweet taste and are a healthy addition to many dishes.

Sweet potatoes offer a variety of preparation options and, thanks to their quick cooking time, are ideal for a no-fuss meal. Whether boiled, baked or mashed, they can be quickly and easily transformed into delicious dishes. Perfect for those who are short on time but don't want to sacrifice taste.


Ingredients:
Vitamins (A, B, C, E), beta-carotene,minerals, trace elements, fiber, carbohydrates, protein, amino acids and secondary plant substances.

 

 

Sweet potatoes in the oven

 

Cut the sweet potatoes, vegetables (e.g. zucchini ) and the firm tofu into medium-thick strips and place everything in a bowl. Add a little oil, season and mix. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, distribute everything on top and bake in the preheated oven until the desired consistency is achieved.
