Legumes

Legumes contain hard-to-digest carbohydrates that cause gas and gas. Therefore, they should definitely be soaked overnight. Soaking some of the substances in the water is dissolved. The soaking water should not be reused.

Rinse thoroughly before cooking.
If the tap water is very hard, you can boil the water beforehand and let it cool down, or you can use still water from the bottle. In addition, soaking reduces the cooking time enormously. Legumes area vegetarian  excellent source of iron.
